POSTECH 인권센터에서 2023년도 인권·성평등 온라인 예방교육 실시에 관해 안내 드립니다. 포스텍 전 구성원은 성폭력 방지 및 피해자 보호 등에 관한 법률 제 5 조(성폭력 예방교육) 등 관련 법률에 따라 전 구성원이 성희롱·성폭력·성매매·가정폭력 예방교육을 1년에 한 번 꼭 이수하여야 합니다.

2023년 12월 31일 이전까지 반드시 교육을 완료하여 주시기 바랍니다.

※ 법에 따라 보호되는 재산적인 권리를 복제하거나 공연, 공중송신, 전시, 배포, 대여 등의 방법으로 침해하는 행위를 했을 경우 5년 이하의 징역이나 5천만원 이하의 벌금에 처할 수 있습니다(저작권법 제136조).

- POVIS ID로 통합 로그인

- 비정규강좌에서 수강신청(자세한 내용은 첨부파일 참고)

- 교직원용 또는 학생용 학습하기

* 자동으로 학습 현황이 체크 되오니, 차례로 학습을 진행하시면 됩니다.

(차시별로 수강 후 반드시 창닫기 누르기)

(3) 기간: 2023년 6월 14일 ~ 2023년 12월 31일까지

(4) 수료증 발급: 모든 강좌 수강과 Quiz 실시 후 하루 정도 경과 후 발급 가능(첨부파일 참고)

Hello.

 The POSTECH Human Rights Center will provide you with online prevention education for human rights and gender equality in 2023. All members of POSTECH must complete sexual harassment, sexual violence, sex trafficking, and domestic violence prevention education once a year in accordance with Article 5 of the Sexual Violence Prevention and Victim Protection Act.

Please make sure to complete the training before December 31, 2023.

※ Reproduction of property rights protected by law or infringement by means of performance, public transmission, exhibition, distribution, or rental can be punished by imprisonment for not more than five years or a fine of not more than 50 million won (Article 136 of the Copyright Act).

- Enrollment for courses in the curriculum (see attached file for details)

- Learning for staff or students

(4) Issuance of Certificate of Completion: Can be issued after one day of taking all courses and taking the quiz (refer to the attached file)
